Requirements: Overall organization of the event.

Implementation: The organization of the event included a choice of a hotel, preparing a preliminary budget and a schedule for the implementation of the event, according to preset criteria. Reservations and coordination. Welcoming and transportation of all participants. Provision of conference rooms and the necessary equipment.

Food and drink: provision of lunches and dinners, preparing special menus, cocktails and coffee breaks.

Organizing the concomitant social agenda of the event:

  • Gala cocktail party at the Archaeological Museum with a rich artistic program and selected meals and drinks from Bulgarian and international cuisine.
  • Visit to the Renaissance town of Koprivshtitsa, City of Plovdiv and Bachkovo Abby. Organized wine tasting.
