Requirements: Overall organization of the event.

Implementation: The organization of the event included the preparation of a preliminary program and the overall planning of the event, selecting a destination and a hotel, budget calculation, booking and coordination. Meeting all the participants at the airport and providing transfers.

Food and drink: providing lunches and dinners, cocktail parties and gala events for all participants.

Leisure program including organized tours to the following destinations:

• Visit to Chichen Itza - the best restored city from the times of the Mayans in Mexico;
• Trip to Eco Park Xcaret - Cancun with a night show included;
• Tasting traditional Mexican cuisine;
• Panoramic tour of the city;

Throughout the trip, the participants were accompanied by a team of Party Service.
