Implementation: The organization of the event included the choice of destination and hotel, selection of conference rooms and equipment, preparation of preliminary budget, booking and coordination with Party Service’s contractors and partners. Meeting all the participants at the airport, transfers, accommodation. Overall planning and provision of everything necessary for the conference program - a conference room and related audio-visual equipment.
Food and drink: Preparing special menues for lunches, dinners, cocktails, coffee breaks at the hotel and places outside for all delegates. Themed Gala Dinner with a varied artistic program and carefully selected menu.
Leisure program, including a visit to the ancient city of Pompeii at the foot of Mount Vesuvius, tour to the famous Italian seaside resort island of Capri, half-day excursion to the picturesque town of Positano.
During the event, the Party Service team provided the overall organization and coordination.
